Well, you could drown, I suppose.. But I think you'd have to be an expert to do it ;-).

I am only a lowly researcher here, but I have now survived 4 of them, and am continuing my research..

Seriously, I think it's better to inform yourself by reading, Googling, seeing what the standard precautions are for using the commercial units out there (such as not being pregnant, no pacemaker, etc) and then carefully deciding on your own.

Only you know your own body and state of health, and only you can feel its responses.

I do have some reservations (Please read that phrase again, and I am NOT going to discuss them here, they apply only to me), but so far it's helping-- helping ME. I would not make flat statements about it to anyone else yet, and have several folks waiting to hear my results, where I am..

I mean, if you're over 80, using Oxygen and a walker, wearing a pacemaker and taking dozens of medications everyday, I would not do this.

If you're 26 and buff and a reasonable human, that may be different.

If you're 26 and buff, but are a hypochondriac, stay away.

I know this may sound as if I am laughing off your question, but believe me, I am not.

You have to apply your own common sense, and make your own decision about whether to try this or not. I'm not going to tell you what you should do.
