Hypoglycemia with die-off

I have chronic fatigue from blastocystis and when I try to kill the parasite I get bad hypoglycemia from the die-off which makes me have to eat a lot, further stressing my liver and sometimes forcing me to eat dried fruit (feeding the parasite). What can I do to avoid this? I take psyllium and drink lots of water. I can get this from high-dose probiotics alone.
