lost and confused

I just have been reading a lot of your blogs on HIV. Iam 25 yeas old and have just been diagnosed as having HIV antibodies present in my blood.
This is how I came to find out..... About 5 weeks ago I decided to fast just to clean out my system and honestly see if I could do it. So for one whole day I did not eat anything. I only drank water. The next 3 days I only ate small portions of healthy food. On the forth day I felt really bad. Kinda dizzy or like I slept to much. I felt this way for days. High body temp, dizziness, very tired and no appetite at all. that lasted for 5 days until my throat started to hurt. So I decided to go to the doctor. He told me I had strep throat and gave me some antibiotics. I had never had strep in my life. I never get sick EVER. So I was surprised. I took the pills for a week and was better. The fallowing week I decided to get a physical just for the hell of it. While I was there they asked If I wanted a HIV test as well. I almost declined as I had just had one 2 mons before and was negative. I said sure why not knowing I would be ok. @ days later on the 11th of april I left for a seven day cruise. I got back on the 18th and found I had several messages from the Doc to come in so we could discuss my physical. I was not to alarmed thinking maybe high cholesterol since my father had that problem. I was devastated when he told me that I had tested positive. I did not understand how this could possibly be right. I was tested at several other locations and found that I was also showing positive for the HIV antibodies. I then became scared for my 20 year old partner and had him checked right away. He came up as negative. But yesterday started getting a fever and telling me he was really tired and a little light headed. he has been that way all day today as well. He also developed a single white blister the size of a pencil head on the bottom of his tung.
I have been reading every since I got this news and am trying to figure out what to do next. I guess we will have him checked again on monday and pray that he is still negative. We are just Young and scared . Two lost people looking for answers. Please any thing you can offer will help. they told me my viral load was 47340. This seems high considering I believe I have not had this long. I see a specialist on monday to find out my cd4+ counts. I just dont want to take any of the poison they will try to give all the other HIV victims. Is it possible that My partner is just sick and does not hive the virus?
