Saliva test levels for newby, thanks in advance.

hi guys and girls firstly thanks for all the input and advice from everyone on here its good to know you aren't alone with this problem. 4 point saliva test done via androbalance in the uk just in and some ideas and advice would be appreciated.

male
8am cortisol 1.3 (1.5-15 ref range)
12pm cortisol 2.8 (0.3-5.0 ref range)
5pm cortisol 1.4 (ref range 0.3-5.0)
11.30pm cortisol 0.7 (0.2-2.5 ref range)
8am dhea 560 (150-580)

1st cortisol is out of ref range low as you can see but rallies a bit a 12pm dropping away again in the afternoon/ evening but overall low and dhea seems high in the ref range.

two other measurements i got from androbalance that you may find interesting and not many of you talk about are as follows.
testosterone 62 (ref range 60-196 for my age) so its low
oestradiol 4.6 (ref range 0.2-3.4) so thats out of ref range high.

i have concernes natch. re my cortisol levels and ive recently started the vit c and b5 along with zinc asporotate. i find that if i take tribulis terrestris this makes me feel better as its a natural testos booster. ive experimented with liquorice herb but im still deciding on its benefits for me. i tried ashwaghanda but it made me feel crap and kept me awake and buzzy at night (probly took it too late)

questions i suppose are many but would like opinion on which way to tackle this in the absence at the moment of a good endocrynologist.(my gp has asked me to find one myself as he doesnt know any)
another concern is the high estradiol level as its a factor in prostate cancer and others.
This is a longstanding condition probably in excess of 20yrs and believe me ive been worse almost a living hell at times.
also be interested if anyones in south london area or kent
support group anyone?
