I see and you are right on this. Thanks for reminding me the importance of O-3/6 ratio. Most beef Americans consume are grain fed so the meat can cause inflammation. But grass fed beef has omega ratio 0.016? to 1 (omega 6 to omega 3).

Lets assume that you agree with the above statement. Then does cod liver oil help with the balance when eating grain fed beef ?
