can any of these supplements cause colon pain

Hi, I am not sure I am at the right place & if I am not I am sorry. Please let me know where I should post.
I am just learning about natural healing.
I will let you know that I am very, very sensitive. I use to take 1 tylenol & sleep for 2 hours.
I went to my first naturalpathic about a month ago.
This is a list of supplements that he put me on:

L Drain (Transformation) 1 dropper morn & night
K Drain (transformation) 1 dropper morn & night
Tuna Omega-3 Oil (Standard Process) 2 aday
LypoZyme (Transforamtion) 2 aday
Rehmannia (Medi-Herb) 5 ml aday
Apple Pectin (Twin Lab) 500 mg. 3 aday
Thytrophin PMG (Standard Process) 1 breakfast & dinner
Bio C 1:1 (Xymoggen) 500 mg. 3 aday
Cholacol II (Standard Process) 4 aday
ParaPlex (Standard Process) 4 aday
Chlorophyll (Nature Sunshine) 100 mg. 2 aday
Digest (transformation) 2 aday


He also put me on 2 prolamine Iodine from standard process. I started having detox & had stopped it & started the salt protocol. I am now just taking 1 aday with the salt protocol
He also put me on a B complex from Professional Health Products. They made me very nervous & itch all over. I had to stop them.
I have started having a pain in the middle of my left side. It is just a constant pain. I go to the bathroom at least twice aday. On a pain scale form 1 to 10 I would say it is a 7.
I called the naturalpathic & he said that there is nothing that should be giving me the pain.
I went to an MD & they did a cat scan & everything came out fine. He said the pain was at the stop of my colon.
I would like to know your opinion on this. Do you think that maybe any of these supplements could be making my colon painful. It has only started once I started taking all these supplements. I have never had this pain before.
The naturalpathic said that I tested high for heavy metals. He wants me to start Heavy Metal Chelator from Professionial Health products. I am scared of the detox right not because of what happened with the iodine & I want this pain to stop before I move on.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
