Hi Joy,

You probably got a quart from reading it on this forum.  Your ultimate goal is to retain 4 cups which equals 1 quart.  I'm still retaining just 2 cups but I do what we call back to back CEs which is okay but it sure does take more time lol.  That means that I do one CE with 2 cups and as soon as I expel it I immediately do another 2 cup CE equaling 1 coffee enema.

I'm trying to build up to a total of 1 quart at one time but haven't gotten there yet.  Even those that do 1 quart enemas aren't always able to retain it for the time it needs to be retained.
