The oatbran can be mixed with water uncooked.Tho since it is being taken in a wet form we dont start producing the pitalin digestive enzyme so it isnt digested very readily, but instead becomes a broom for our GI tract.

There are many different opinions on using such products tho. The overgrowth of candida people have many therapies so perhaps thats why you got it.

The grass juice understanding is that its the chlorophyll thats the full of vit, minerals and enzymes food, and which is easily metabolized as opposed to the grain which is not.

Also many will tell you that the bran scours the intestinal system of flora and tho it will assit elimination it actually causes dependence because its not fiber that we need for healthy elimination its intestinal flora. Furthermore many ailments are started and or accentuated by our dietary and or healing practices which eliminate intestinal flora. It is said that 60% or more of our immune ability resides in the small intestine.

I appreciate the dried grass products but of course they will never be the same as fresh and the more celulose material thay have the more unecessary items we are intaking especially if we are tying to assit our systems regain ballance.
