Re: oat bran and wheat grass

thnx all u people to tell me about..

@hveragerthi... as u telling me that i can use oat bran blending into smoothies or sprinkle it on foods without cook..... am i right???

but i like very much to cook 2 table spoon of oat bran with water for 3 minutes and i eat it in the morning which give me good feeling..... plz tel me can i use oatbran this way if no harmfull for me???????????

and i mix half table spoon of wheatgrass in one glass water and drink it??? is this ok ??????????
