Can you feel these symptoms right away or they can have some kind of delay too ?

What about casein ? I think casein is more problematic than lactose itself. Raw milk has all the enzymes to digest both casein and lactose but past. milk doesn't have it. I don't feel well when drinking past. milk and what's worse, the symptoms are not physical but mental. Usually comes with delay.
