I had four ' professional" colonics and then did about five or six of my own....and have a tiny bathroom....no way to set up a board........i was lying in the tub and letting it all go down the drain, so couldn't really see what was leaving, but did see a long very, very thin red worm exit one time while I was trying to sort of stretch around to see a bit....I assumed everything would leave that way............thank You Hanna..........thank god for alternative med and those with the courage to persue it and the generosity to share it ( you all and me, i guess)
