Need response quickly please on Pancreatic Cancer!

I am trying to be responsible with my answer to a friend of a friend who has just been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and is trying to determine the best way to go, natural or allopathic. I understand the extra pressure with a cancer that moves as fast as this one, so want to give him the best shot at getting it right the first time. Any help (especially from personal experience based responders) would be received MOST gratefully. So far, I have ordered some Oleander and Black Cumin in addition to recommending Eidem's Habanero/garlic sandwiches. I have also given him some living clay and Lypospheric Vit C to help lower the burden on his body as he detoxes. The fifteen drops he refers to are oxygen catalyst drops (splits hydrogen and oxygen). These were my recommendations in addition to what he is already doing:

I have no pain---terrible itching----Streangth seems to be OK... not as strong as I was months ago....
I think this is stage one and they want to do a whipple procedure and diagnose the tumor to decide about further treatment which I am so very much not wanting.
I have not started any sort of treatment with the doctors yet. They put a stent in last Thursday??? I was just diagnosed with it and along with it came sugar diabetes too. We just started this regiment yesterday-------I am taking silver water 8oz three times a day; teaspoon of
colloidal silver twice a day; one teaspoon liquid trace minerals three times a day; 15 drops of Russ's four times a day; just started garlic 12000 mg four times a day (just started); something prescribed by doctor for itching (hydroxyzine HCL 25 mg) two every four hours; I have kicked up the Lantus insulin glargine injection from 10 cc (sunday) to 12cc yesterday (monday) and to 14cc this morning.
Blood sugar running in 300 range most of time. Plus regular meds for heart and blood pressure.
I don't really know the success rate of the operation but really don't want it but we know that we need
to do as much research as possible before picking something else.... When it comes to your life
it seems to get a tad more inportant to trust who and what...etc...etc.. My wife trusts natural
alternatives but in this case is leary .... she soooo much needs to be re-assured....

PLEASE help if you can, as I'm sure you know that confidence in a protocol is almost as important as the protocol itself, and he and his wife need to understand the true risks and consequences of putting themselves blindly into the hands of the medical establishment.
