Over the years I've come to the conclusion of the following.

Usually if you're blocked or "backed up", you'll spew the SWF out the way it came in.

If it disappears, odds are, you're dehydrated.

Do a preload of a glass of water with a little Sea Salt 30 minutes before doing the SWF.

This allows the body to take what it needs and saturate the areas where the SWF will be coming though.
