Thank you for the info. I actually have been doing a lot of reading on the site already. I had a couple of questions to clarify, because I am a little confused. So are you saying Vit. D is bad for people like us or good? I'm sorry if I sound stupid, but it wasn't clear to me. If it is bad, then if one is low in D, how do they supplement?Forum: Rife

Also, is the just of the article saying then, if one has as an autoimmune issue, it is a matter of killing pathogens like parasites, candida, lyme, etc., in order to eradicate the Lupus?
