I think that one of the primary concerns with needle biopies besides any possible seeding of cancer that may be caused by the needle withdrawal is that the penetrate the tumor in the first place.  I am no medical professional, but It would appear logical to me that scraping off part of a tumor would do the same thing.  You could look at other non-invasive tests to get an indication, including the Navarro test.  You could also take a "just to be sure" approach and undertake a good natural anti-cancer protocol too.

In my opinion a good healthy diet and lifestyle, cleansing, stress management, and supplementation to boost the immune system as well as provide natural cancer fighters would be a healthy thing to do in most instances anyway.

I am really surprised to see your gastroenterologist acknowledge that needle biopsies can seed and spread cancer!
