Not kill, but absorb - rendering ineffective. Best to wait, design a schedule in which anything anti-fungal or absorbant does not interfere with probiotics/prebiotics. Either take the probiotics and wait a couple hours (some will say less, but probably not with something such as P/B or charcoal) or even better, take the P/B or charcoal and wait a couple hours before taking anti-fungals, another couple hours before taking probiotics, etc. As a rule, I'd use 2 hour spacing to be safe - or take the probiotics in the evening. This can be modified/reversed as well. (Anti-fungals, P/B, charcoal in PM and probies in AM).

Everyone seems to have his own method.
