Re: Very thin to begin with, First week of candida diet, please help, I need some hope

I personally have been on the diet for about a year. For the 1st couple months I was really strict and used anti-fungals. I feel way better then last year. Although recently I have had my wisdom teeth removed and had to go on two rounds of antibiotics. So I am very strict again. I do allow a serving of oatbran or Quinoa per day, and a serving of my homemade quinoa/buckwheat bread. I too am already pretty tiny and my body just starts starving without a little carbs. I am not quite convinced that your body can fight anything, while it is spending all of its energy trying not to starve. I may be wrong, just my opinion.
