better alternative to yogourmet ?

the Customs probiotics appears to be the top probiotics out there... i ve been using them since 3-4months now, they are great and very cost effective.

i was browsing their website yesterday and noticed they had a yogurt blend, which appears to me much more attractive than the one from ygourmet which has skimmmed milk powder and other stuff.

anyway thought you guys might like to know about it.

one question though: im interesting into making my own yogurt but i realty dont want to use store bought milk (im in Montreal).. what are you guys here doing? using the pasteurized/homogenized stuff? or is there a raw milk source somewhere?
