Consider giving up meat and looking into a raw living foods diet.
You likely need to consider some cleansing/detox as well.
Look into EFT and begin. It's easy. Also learn meditation.
Could there be some environmental aspects to this? Pesticides, new renovations, new construction, mold, etc?
DO you use wifi?

All these factors can be part of a total toxic load that impinges on your immune system.

Also find an empowering creative activity that you can pour yourself into and enjoy. Emphasis on creativity.
