As far as the toothbrush and brushing hard, I was also passing along something I read by an actual dentist in a book I recently read called eating without heating by Sergei and Valva Boutenko children of prolific author Victoria Boutenko. All the Boutenkos healed themselves with a 100% raw food diet and later focused on adding green smoothies and green juices.

Victoria cured herself of severe arrhythmia that had killed her dad and lost over 100 pounds, and the husband of a disease that was to kill him according to all his doctors within 2 months absolutely if he did not have the drastic surgery the doctor said he must have which he refused.

The children --authors of the book I quoted-- were cured of asthma (incurable) and type one diabetes (also incurable and without insulin--the mother refused to put him on insulin and instead completely cured her son.

This was about 15 years ago and none of them died or had ANY of their diseases ever come back so I feel they have a lot to teach people. They all teach classes on health to many people and Victoria is a fantastic and obviously brilliant researcher. Kids also may be gifted as they skipped grades in school.

Sergei relays this toothbrush thing in his book on pages 7 and 8

Dr Schulze also recommends using the water pic with his tooth and gum formula at the highest setting as this strengthen the gums.

If you have a problem with what these people said take it up with them. I am just passing on what I learned.

I personally trust Dr Christopher who cured so many who were ill and dying over his many decades of practice and a dentist who actually does what he preaches and has studied this field intently over 60 years.

It is up to the original poster and those reading this to determine if they want to take the advice of these great healers and a professional dentist or someone who enjoys putting down someone down for passing the info along to someone in need..someone who got no replies to their need in 4 months btw till I came along with sound advice from experienced healers who have about 120 years experience between them and from people who most successfully cured themselves and others. Cupled with the experiences of Dr Schulze who is also a master healer and a gifted teenager who relays his personal experiences on what helped his teeth.

Personally I would trust them over you any day. Three of then have clinical experience..over a century of it.
