Since some years now i am fighting with Candida. As i was not happy with the lab studies. I sent my stools to a private lab. ( i really advise you to do it). they found a huge amount of Candida Geotrichum. The lab said it is normally found in the food, but some french researchers said this strain of candida is invasive.
So to tackle the problem, i tried lots of things. And i ended with one pill of licorice, one pill of Echinacea, one pill of Horopito, and green tea before and after each meal.
At the beginning, i had on-going diarheas. Interestingly enough, the less i have diarrheas and the more i have brain fog, i think it is due to the "plant" load.
When you have a flush or lots of toxins inside your bowels it creates Bowel movement and the plants dont have the time to be assimilated by your body. On the other, the slower you bowel movement are and the most efficient the plants are. So i dont need to change my in-take because i see the plant efficiciency is raising. The die-off symptoms really moved from extreme fatigue and sleep to upper leg inflated and brain fog. On the other hand, cold body is gone, bad sleep is gone, depression is gone. Nevertheless, there is something in the die-off that is difficult. i have difficulties to focus, i have no short memory, i have no interest in anything.
The road to recovery really happens when diarrheas are gone. As i said, each time i step to a new level of bowel stability (less need to go to toilets), i have more spaceness, more lack of interest into things. I am now at a point when i dont have diarheas but soft stools.
I also discovered a good meal maximize the effect of the plants. So even when i have a loss of appetite i eat something. (bananas, kiwi, rice cakes).
About horopito, it is a bit like garlic pills, but it is way more powerful so that you need to eat less horopito to have a good flush effect.
then , i decided to be as stable as i could in my lunch schedule. I know i have to eat 3 times a day, and take the plants 3 times a day.
