Yes. the vet i used to spay my cat would not longer take another if they didn't have rabies vaccinations. I simply called around and found another vet who did, and wrote them a nasty email. I thought I heard at another vet that it was required by law, but they didn't tell me that because I pretended my cat was a stray so I could get her dewormed. 0 of 0 (0%) readers agree with this message.
