My symptoms at night for a full year were worse than any other time of day.

Over the last year, by 7/8 pm, I had debilitating fatigue, nausea, extreme brain fog, shaking, tremors. By 10 pm, I had to be asleep, and if I woke up anytime in the middle of the night, I would feel like vomiting, too weak to move, and very dizzy.

Recently, I've been feeling much better in the evenings, and worse in the mornings, so I'm sure my cortisol levels have fluctuated in the last 2 months.
