Wow, so sorry to hear that :(
Yeah I'm the opposite so I'm pretty sure my cortisol is low in the mornings and high in the evenings; at night I'm super-wide-awake, have a hard time falling asleep but when I do, I keep waking up. If I am tired (had a long day, etc), I'll lay down, but as soon as I lay down I feel extremely energized and ready to go-until I sit up, that is, where I feel terribly exhausted and ready to pass out. Lay back down, right back to jumping out of bed, aaaand then falling right back into it.
I tried taking Isocort in the morning, but it didn't help....but, I only took it for a few days straight every morning. I wonder if I take it longer, it would help??
