    Hello HV,

I have experienced something that some would call miracle and others lie but my facial blushing/flushing went away overnight. When I started to eat very low carb almost all meat diet back in January, I started to experience hot facial blushing and flushing (flushing when excercising). I first connected it with my change in diet but I was skeptical because I was the only one on Google experiencing something like this.
So months went by until last week I had an idea to put back my old salt that had iodine. Almost overnight (if not faster) my problems with blushing and racing heart were gone.

I wanted to know your opinion on this that if iodine and some vitamin A can "cure" blushing and flushing over night ?

I started a hopeless thread on ESFB http://www.esfbchannel.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3837&start=30
to spread my word but before opening new threads on other forums I want to make sure that things that helped me were iodine and Vitamin A.

I have also tried high doses of Cod liver oil (vitamin A) and magnesium before but they weren't helpful. But now when I ate Cod liver pate and started to use iodized salt it worked. I need to know what you think about that ? Was that thyroid which were causing this. Thyroid needs both Vitamin A and Iodine to produce it's hormones...
