Well, by now you must know where I stand on this. I don't agree with the no/low carb approach, and I seem to see most folks that go that low with carbs end up developing additional severe intestinal/gut/allergy issues waaaay beyond anything I have ever developed. I can't say that is true across the board, but it sure is my impression from reading here. I eat beans (garbanzos, kidney, black), potatoes, brown rice, quinoa, polenta, and they dont hurt my recovery.
