I'm wondering if what you have is a parasitic infection. Neem soap might help until you can order from humaworm. If you have an Indian market in your neck of the woods, they're bound to have it on the shelf. You can also get it online. If you can get your hands on some neem oil (health food store or indian market), you can add a few drops to your shampoo as well. Warning: It doesn't smell great -- pretty awful actually. But used regularly -- it might help.

Orange oil is an insecticide too and smells way better. I add orange oil to shampoo when I bathe my cats and dogs and it kills the fleas with out hurting the pets.

Now Foods sells orange oil.

I'm wondering if you'd have better luck going to a dermatologist vet -- They will take scrapings and look at it under a microscope.

I've only been to a dermatologist a couple of times and it was expensive and useless. The stuff that I was given did not help breakouts and I paid for everything out of pocket.
