Funny thing about the seroquel is when I went down I had no withdrawals and slept fine. Still falling asleep fine just cant stay asleep. Weird. I will check that link out. Seems I am doing it all by the book.
I hate to but maybe I just need another melatonin in middle of the night. I hear it doesnt stay in system long. This sucks but I prayer tonight is better. Its so easy to just grab a pill (seroquel) and take some extra to sleep but I came to far for this to happen.
