Hello again, I did my my 3rd ES this morning. It is now time for my 4th one, but I think I am going to have some Oxypowder instead. Before my 3rd ES I got just all green bile out and a few tiny pieces, but that can even be food. No peas which I use to get all the time. I have the feeling that I am clean, the result was the same the last time. The only thing is that my "sleeper" gallstone is still there.
The next time, may be in a year, when I have an ultrasound I am going to check if it moves around. I know it did originally, because it was stuck in the gallbladder neck and became free floating.
I have no gallbladder symptoms, but it has become a challenge now.
I follow you and do it again during the equinox. For the rest I might just stick with having the lemon juice 2x a day.

As far as brain fog. The liverflushes have done wonders for me and got rid of all my problems, like aches and pains all the time, allergies. And you know I mainly try to follow Andreas Moritz . (may be his flush next time too :) ).
It struck me one day someone wrote about a Bowel Cleanse and they were saying all the same things as I say about the liverflush. I wonder if it does not matter what you do first, even parasite cleansing, may you feel better may be what ever you do first. I must say I did not trust the bowelcleanse writers, though they said they were legit. When I see these glorious, almost unbelievable write ups,they are evn written in a certain style, I get the feeling they are planted, because the product was not talked about much anymore. I am very sensitive to it, since I learned it the hard way when I joint curezone.
Knowing you, I assume you also suggested to your boyfriend to use the oxypowder and kidney cleanse.
BTW food and wrong sleeping times still creates brain fog.
