Skin Rash

Hv, My 27 yr old son has a terrible rash. It started out as jock itch and has spread to his chest and head. It is red around the edges.

He kept going to the doctor and getting a cream which worked for a little while and the rash would keep coming back - He hasn't been health conscious at all with his diet. or with the things he's put into his body. Now he's desperate and willing to do what it takes to get rid of it.

I looked on this forum and this is what you recommended if I have it right...

bitters - 1/2 dropperful with meals
zinc - 50 mg daily with a meal
TMG - 500-1000 mg 3x day

Rice bran or oat bran for b vitamins & to feed the friendly flora

Kefir and cultured veggies as well as brans

60 - 80 drops of thyme essential oil in an ounce of coconut oil applied externally several times a day.

Sterilize clothing

Did I get everything?
How much does a good diet have to do with it?
How soon can he expect to see results?
Is there anything else besides the coconut oil mixture that he can use that isn't so oily?
