Hypoglycemia with Parasite die-off

I have hypoglycemia, chronic fatigue and a persistent parasite (blastocystis hominus) and every time I try to take anti-parasite anything the die-off causes much worse hypoglycemia. The parasite is draining my adrenals and so is the hypoglycemia. I had Meyers IVs from the naturopath but I continue to get drained by the parasite so I have to get rid of it, but I can't when my blood sugar goes so low. I take lots of Vit C and pant acid, magnesium, Bs, etc. I pace myself fairly well but feel stuck in a vicious cycle. What can I do?
