Is there any harm?

That's an amazing article. It makes sense. I feel good fasting. I have been eating regular dinner though. I may cut that out and see how it goes too.

I am totally stoked! I literally have gone from stage 3 af to probably a two right now. I feel like I could go out and run! But I won't. Taking it easy to allow my bod to use the energy to heal. I am still not digesting right so that is a sign... But seriously, I flipped from no energy and completely depressed, to high energy, and was playing games last night with my husband!

As to my title, is there a specific combination of juices I have to do? Right now I am doing fruits and veggies for the most part seperate. But I am literally juicing EVERYTHING! My husband brought home the whole produce section of our local store. I am juicing stuff I don't even know the name of.

P.S. I have no symptoms of hypoglycemia. And I have had these nasty bruises on my legs and arms for WEEKS! Doc couldn't figure what they are from. They just show up. They are almost gone in the last couple days. Literally. And they were HUGE. and my acne is less.
