the worst reaction i think you could expect from too much of a plant food is your skin gaining an orange tint from say, carrots.

a few months ago, finishing up my last semester, i hated pulling all-nighters on caffeine, so i would spend $20.00 on goji juice and that kept me going all night. the next day, everyone in the studio kept complimenting my tan, which i'm sure was a reaction to the beta-carotene.

other than that, i don't think it's possible to "O.D." on *whole* nutrients. superfood is just that, food, so you shouldn't have anything to worry about ;).
