You must always, always ,always, cleanse your bowel first. Your bowels must be moving at least 2 times a day, or better three before you can do any liver/parasite/kidney cleansing. Otherwise you could make yourself sick. You also need to be on a good whole food vitamin supplement, which will also help your thyroid. The only products you should use are Dr. Schulze 's, American Botanical Pharmacy. Start with his Superfood supplement (powder form), and 5 day bowel cleanse, just make sure you follow the directions. If you have never done any bowel cleansing, I would suggest once you have your bowels moving frequently, to do two weeks on your bowels before progressing onto the liver or kidney cleanses.
