Thanks. Yeah, I try to do that, but I feel like my radar is hit and miss. Right now I'm sitting here feeling like my heart's going too fast and i'm having some muscle twitches, plus my legs are killing me and my feet are starting to cramp. It's been 2 weeks since my last injected vitamin cocktail, and I don't think I can even go 2 weeks. The fact that I have to bypass my gut to get any benefit from supplemental magnesium seems telling.
