BTW - I would ignore the names of those who are said to have *discovered* this - it is marketing IMO... it is not a new discovery... dirt farmers throughout history have known this... my grandfather did.

I am not promoting either of these sites... just offering a springboard for individual research.

BTW - we do not need GM microorganisms to do this... it is all there already. The only reason they want *GM* varieties is to establish a business with patents.

And yes... once you have given away all of the kombucha mushrooms and kefir grains you have, you can compost them... or spread them on your lawn... I have been doing this all year and my lawn, garden and trees; they have never looked better.
