Thank you Trapper - you have read more into my mentioning Coffee. I have picked up before somewhere that ovarian cysts were linked to coffee, but did not really give it a second thought.

I am down to one very small cup per day, but will stop now. My withdrawal should be minimal, as I have weaned myself a little the last couple of weeks.

It seems things are a little better, since I did not bleed for the first time in months during ovulation. This gives me extra motivation to stick to the positive changes I have managed to make (under grace), and to implement more.
