I had stomach stapling surgery for weight loss 12 years ago and my gallbladder was removed at the same time (as a "precaution" I was told).
I have no problems with digestion or having to avoid fatty foods although I don't eat alot of fatty foods as a preference.
I am also an experienced water faster for cleansing purposes (3-14 days).
I did Hulda's liver flush last night exactly as written. Although I had a lot of liquid feces with small brownish clumps from the Epsom Salts , I didn't see any stones.
Here's my questions if anyone can help:
1) If I don't have a gallbladder, what does the liver flush do?
2) If I don't have feces (I'm on the 5th day of a water fast), what is the bright yellow liquid that I'm eliminating (not urine)?
3) Is there benefit to a gallbladder-less person doing the liver flush?
