Yeah I see your point, but getting a proper diagnosis is pretty difficult, at least it seems that way.

I just finished eating, took about 3 mins using a tongue scraper and nearly the entire coating is gone right now.

But Cheshire, realistically wouldn't I have at least one other symptom even if lets say it was candida and its not systemic? Again I'm not saying your thought might not be right, but it just seems that mostly everyone on this board who has a confirmed diagnosis of candida and thrush have several symptoms.

I wish I could remember if I ever had a coating on my tongue in the past, but then again I don't ever remember having bad breath so that might be my answer.

Does your coating go away for a few hours if you scrape it with a tongue cleaner??
