Interesting, makes me feel like its pretty pointless to get a stool test for detecting candida in that case.

I just did some reading on SIBO and I don't have any of the symptoms of it. It mentioned constipation, abdominal distention, diarrhea and excess gas, none of those are an issue with me, although I'm guessing there are more symptoms and not everyone has the same ones. But I have no GI symptoms at all, never have.

I've also heard the Hydrogen Breath Test can be very inaccurate? Have you gotten this test done Jorge?

I'm so weary of using prescription anti-fungals because I feel like they do more harm than good, but that's just based off what I've read here.

Lets say that I DO have the morphed form of candida, what do I do to cure it? I've already done 4 months on a candida diet. I did not use any probiotics and only used garlic and coconut oil (little bit of Pau D'Arco Tea) as my antifungals)

I'll start off with grabbing some GSE tmmrw morning and using it on my tongue. Although I will say with the tongue scraper and mouth wash my tongue looks pretty good right now.
