thanks! I hope that once I get some of these "detox pathways" opened up, I'll be able to re-start Iodine in higher doses again, since it may be just a matter of timing. It did reduce (I think) some FBD, but it's so hard to tell what's up with anything affected by hormones right now because I'm swinging into that perimenopausal territory. My testing shows a call for iodine by the thyroid, but the only forms I test well on deliver trace amounts. I guess I'm going with that for now. Maybe it's my liver and kidneys just saying "no, not yet, we ain't ready!" ;) lol.
