if there are pine treas in your area, try to get some fresh light green needles and make a tea from them - I think it was what made a breakthrough in my fungus case

you can either chop them or use the whole (I didn't chop them) and then boil for 20 minutes, then let sit until colder to drink or you can let it steep for a long as 12 hours - I did and it doesn't get bitter, the taste is still great, like a nice lemon tea
