I now it's been some time since you posted this, but I didn't see anyone respond, so I thought I would send your some words of encouragement.

I do not have personal experience with IVF, but do know that it can be quite hard on your body, so you are right to want to get in shape before you embark on that route.

This website has a lot of knowledge on cleansing that can help you.

It is interesting to note that cleansing can also be the key to fertility. I know of a few people who had problems conceiving until after they did a cleanse.

I think the best thing to start with is a Bowel Cleanse . The simplest one I've found is the Betonite clay/pshyllium husk cleanse. This is a mixture that you drink. Starting with once per day as it can be binding and increasing as your body starts to cleanse. It will pull toxins from your body right from your mouth down through to your colon.

You can marry this cleanse with the Master cleanse, and do them in parallel. The Master Cleanse is a fast and will help you to lose weight and will actually increase your energy levels by giving your digestive system a rest.

The other 2 cleanses I have done are the Parasite cleanse, and liver flush, and they should only be done in that order. Humaworm has a good parasite flush, and the Liver Flush involves Epsom Salts , grapefruit and olive oil.

I think for cleansing just remember there are natural options that are much more economical for you to use. You don't need to spend hundereds to cleanse.
