Thank you for your input I will start trying this out. Last 2 days I've had only grapes and plums raw haha. And a little steamed asparagus. No spices or additives.

I want to try the virgin coconut oil fast, but I need to plan ahead of time for that. Being in school full time and work doesn't really help.

I remember you had a page that explained how to do the VCO fast and your version of the liver flush. Can you provide me with that link? Thank you

I will try some seared lamb/beef later. I think I am going to try and fast and see if it helps. I already ordered the elemental formula, might as well try it out.

Then I will do a liver flush, and then I will try the orange juice fast for a while. Do you think there is a certain order I should go by when doing this for best result?
