I think I saw in another forum or maybe this one, where you said low-carb helped you.
I wanted to tell you that is what I did during pregnancy, and I think that probably helped a lot. For me, with adrenal fatigue, it seems any kind of sugar, even the good kinds in fruits, honey, good carbs, etc. make me so much worse.
When I juice now, I don't do the high sugar vegetables like carrots, beets, etc. I just do the very low sugar ones, and lots of organic Celery . I think the celery juice helps me the most, because of the natural sodium for the adrenals.
I was a little concerned to do low-carb during pregnancy because I wanted to make sure I was getting all the nutrients that were needed for my baby. So that's why I did a lot of super foods, ones with cereal grasses, etc. to make up for any loss nutrients with the low-carb diet.
