Slept through the night!

Guys, it really works! I slept through the night last night! Completely! Also I am back to work with a rescue, grooming dogs and fostering puppies!

The night before even, got into a HUGE fight with my husband, and it was so cool cause it didn't even phase me.

I WANT YOU ALL TO GET BETTER TOO! Diana Schwarzbein says the people who cheat the most and eat the most fat with their MEALS get better faster.

Careful with the cooked fat. I cook my food in enough fat, and then when I put it all together in a bowl, I top it off with butter and olive oil. A LOT of butter...

Right now I have a thing for sauted tomatoes, parsley, cilantro, dandelion, and some peppers over raw or very rare steak, topped with a load of ages raw cheese, brags herbal blend, a little Sea Salt , and a sh** load of butter and a little olive oil on top. Gives me a good start to the day! On the side I have some whole raw milk, about a cup, blended with about three tablespoons of raw cream.

I can't even really snack eating like this, have no sugar cravings whatsoever, am calm, and clear, and function completely normal! AND I AM SLEEPING THOROUGHLY AGAIN!
