We have both been around Curezone for quite a while now. I did a series of colon cleanses and liver flushes and am now on maintenance.

I get the same symptoms after hanging out by the computer for a long time. So, when that happens, I just grab my oil and grapefruit and epsom salts and apples and do a liver flush. Fixes me up like right now. I don't do much in the way of prep either as my colon is in pretty good shape now.

Also, I find that if I keep my mouse close to my body, I don't get the discomfort. My keyboard is on a tray under the desk so I can pull it out so that it almost touches me. I have the mouse right beside it.
