I don't know if licking chocolate cookies is cheating, but I don't see why. You're not digesting anything, just getting the flavor. Problem is, it makes you want more of them.

I say, if this is torture, then stop. Come off it slowly and try again another time. I feel good doing 21 days because I did 10 last time so I knew what to expect. Your body' s natural intelligence adjusts, I think.
