Colon cleanse and there are many to choose from. The simplest and easiest are the oxygen based cleanses like Oxypowder.

On the parasite cleanse the walnut hull tincture (and a coupla other ingredients) is generally the Hulda Clark parasite cleanse. The stuff is not cheap. Many, myself included have opted to do the Humaworm protocol which many folks report very good results and there is a forum here on Curezone and you can order directly from the guy that makes it.

While it's great to do the cleanses they are NOT what is going to make you "healthy". They are just the "clean up" phase that takes the trash out so the body will operate more efficiently. Research the cleanses and do them but focus on balanced nutrition and regular exercise for the rebuilding that comes after.
