Just found this video since I'm having appendix issues. Pretty common sense and what I was thinking anyway.. all of a sudden my appendix area started hurting and I was passing hard, small fecal balls. So it was just common sense that something was wrong in my colon. There was lots of gas floating around too, I feel like an inflated ballooon. Gas is coming out both ends..lots of burping. GasX and other OTC remedies for gas like baking soda were helping to push it out more but not completely get rid of. I had to try something, I couldn't sit there in work doing that!

Prior to this, I was also on a hotsauce/cayenne pepper/spicy food kick. Extreme hotness. Started having acid reflux or gas issues a week after that. Then the constipation/hard balls of stool even though I was "regular" and last month I did a 2 week colon cleanse using Colonix.

Seriously though, I wasn't really all that constipated. I go frequently and just had issues where it would start out soft and then later some small, hard balls would come out. Sitting in certain positions would give me weird pains. Nothing too intense and unbearable, but like weird pains shooting around all the way down to my pelvic area.

I always keep a stash of Oxypowder around for emergencies. So I went with that. Oxypowder is just awesome since it melts everything in the colon and everything is coming out. :)
